You retain full ownership of the photos and content you upload. However, by using the "Publish" feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Recapify platform (e.g., in the Discover feed).

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and share any content you submit.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
